The action plan

Our goal: Provide skilled support and technical advisement to support the successful startup of RSO's new speech stimulation program, aiming to provide appropriate intervention to children with disabilities with speech needs.

This project is planned to take place over 6 months (with potential for extension) and includes two main objectives:

1. Develop a screening tool - the FIRST in-country - for use with students in need of speech and communication support, to help identify key needs and assist with individual student planning.

2. Provide ongoing technical advisement and coaching to RSO leadership and 7 speech stimulator room teachers to help promote the overall success of the new program.
